I'll spell it out for you since you have a case of the dumbs: the plan was to jump within 1 stargate jump of the Incursion constellation. 2-3 carrier jumps is still way more pleasant than everyone flying deadspace fit battleships across 60-100 jumps of low sec/null sec to get to the next Incursion. -Liang Ed: Not that I endorse this plan or that I would have partaken in it (despite being quite well set up to do so).
